Was ihr braucht:
- 50 g Magerquark
- 30 g Proteinpulver
- 4 Eiklar
- optional: Süßstoff, Flavdrops, Früchte etc.
Und so einfach geht's:
Einfach alle Zutaten mit einem Handmixer gut mischen und anschließend jeweils einen Esslöffel des Teigs in einer beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.
Wenn Eure Pancakes auf der Oberfläche leichte Blässchen bilden, den Pancake wenden und nochmal ein bis zwei Minuten von der anderen Seite anbraten.
Schmeckt super zusammen mit Früchten eurer Wahl. Auch Toppings wie Nussbutter oder Honig passen super!
